The Programme

We are proud to be working with New Zealand Government Procurement (NZGP) to deliver the New Zealand Government Procurement Graduate Programme for the 2024 – 2026 period. We are providing graduate placement management with host agencies, pastoral care to all graduates, study and learning support, and recruitment of the 2026 cohort of graduates.

NZGP established the New Zealand Government Procurement Graduate Programme to create an entry-level pathway into the procurement profession and build a talent pipeline for government procurement. The Programme develops procurement practitioners with the right skills, competency, and experience necessary to fill the capability gaps across government. Graduates rotate through government agencies, and benefit from the support, education, and development opportunities the Programme offers.
